Funds are provided to construct the following improvements to O’Brien Park located at 6149 N. Lewis; a new ADA accessible restroom/concession building for the youth baseball complex located in the park; Practice Golf Course and Golf Operations Building, an indoor batting cage building, a nine-hole golf course, and the required support buildings; upgrade of the park's existing water, electrical, and lighting systems; environmental remediation; upgrade of park entrance features; and additional adjacent land purchases.
